Mendy Friedman is the founder of Airu Labs and the person who builds its systems.
Why I build this
Everyone is telling you to AI everything. Most of what gets built does eighty percent of the job and leaves the rest for your staff to do by hand. I’ve seen it so many times. So I don’t sell a product. I pick the one job costing you the most time and build it around how you actually run.

How does Airu Labs work with a company?
- Book a call. Bring the process that costs you the most time. Thirty minutes: you talk, we ask questions. If AI is the wrong answer, we say so.
- We scope one system. We pick the smallest build that pays for itself and quote exactly that. One system, not a platform.
- We build it, and you watch it run. You see it working on your own data before you depend on it. Nothing goes live until you have checked it yourself.
- It gets better as you use it. Your business changes and the system changes with it.

The code and the accounts the system runs on are yours, and nothing stops working if you stop working with us.
