AI systems we’ve built, and what each one saved

Each of these was built for one company, around one process that was costing them time or money. Every number on these pages says how it was measured, and every client quote is in the client’s own words.

System Who it was built for What it saved
AI ordering assistant A wholesale supplier, customer ordering 20 hours a week of order entry
AI purchasing system A paper and packaging distributor $22,000 a year out of slow stock, 40 hours a month of the owner’s time
AI claim assistant Travel claims, consumer product The full evidence packet for a cancelled flight, in minutes
CK Academy website CK Academy, nonprofit financial education $0 a month in platform or retainer fees

What do these systems have in common?

None of them replaced the software the business already ran. The ordering assistant works inside the chat customers already use, the purchasing system reads from and writes back into the distributor’s ERP, the claim assistant reads Gmail with read-only access, and CK Academy kept every file of its own site.

Each one also started as a single process that someone was doing by hand. That is still how every Airu Labs build starts: one 30-minute call about the job that costs you the most time.
